Brand Package Story:

When my client approached me, she had only one source of inspiration for her new business: her mother. Growing up, her mother’s love and unwavering support instilled in her a mindfulness about caring for her skin and hair, always emphasizing the use of natural products. After her mother’s passing, she felt compelled to honor her legacy by creating an all-natural skin and hair care product line, rooted in the very ingredients her mother had taught her about.

Her story and love for her mother were so moving that I knew her mother had to be at the heart of the brand design.

Color Palette:
The client’s favorite colors were pink and purple, and she wanted them incorporated into the design. However, after asking a few key questions, I discovered that her products were unisex and would be marketed to both men and women. Together, we reimagined the palette, settling on a woodsy, earthy blend of purples that speaks to both masculine and feminine sensibilities. This thoughtful combination, paired with strong, masculine font choices, created a balanced design that perfectly reflects the unisex nature of her products.
